This months’ special bundle features recordings from three periods of the bands career starting with a never heard before recording from the band’s first appearance at the legendary Hammersmith Odeon.

The three sessions featured are

Hammersmith Odeon 23/05/83

The band supported Uli Jon Roth at the Hammersmith Odeon packing as much as they could in their allotted 45 minutes. These tracks were recorded directly from the sound desk and have not been available before.

Rotherham 01/05/2004

Previously available on Cdr some years ago, this now re-mastered this session was recorded from the sound desk at a gig for the Classic Rock Society when some tracks from the then being created album The Dreams of Men were given their live debut.

Rehearsals 2013

The band recorded the rehearsals for some pre-Christmas gigs at The Mill Recording Studios in Banchory.

The set includes some old tracks not played for some years and debuted new tracks from the then forthcoming album 'wearewhoweare.

The first official outing of the "what would be" Steve Rothery Band. Riccardo Romano was missing with his keyboard wizardry and no singer at all (later Martin Jakubsky of Stillmarillion). Marillion's catalogue was represented by excerpts of instrumental sections where Steve had his solo spot. This is a milestone in the forming of a great band that later became the spokesman of early Marillion era and of course of Steve's solo material.
